It is used for traditional clothing such as kendo wear and festival clothing, and has been loved for its taste that increases with use. The fabric has been washed to give it a vintage feel, and it is also used for bags and clothes, and is attracting attention as an adult material with a mature feel.It is easy to use and is recommended for autumn and winter wear.

If you look closely at the surface of the fabric, there are dark and thin areas.
One of the things that makes it possible to create such an expression is that it is indigo dyeing. When indigo is exposed to air, it oxidizes and turns indigo.
Another reason is that it is skein dyed. The skein dyeing method is a repetition of dyeing and loosening by hand. And you can dye dark to the core of the thread. Both the uneven feeling unique to manual work and the characteristic that the indigo dye turns indigo when exposed to air are absolutely necessary.
Furthermore, when the shades stand out due to the washing process, you can feel even more depth in combination with the unevenness. It gives a deep color that looks like it has been used.
