About your order

・Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
・We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
・We will respond to product shipments and inquiries on business days.

Regarding delivery

Domestic delivery

・We will ship within 3 business days after confirming the order and completing the payment.
・For domestic delivery, we use Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport (cash on delivery).
・ Domestic shipping is 850 yen nationwide (basically Sagawa Express)
Free shipping for purchases over 8,800 yen (including tax) ・Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will be used for cash-on-delivery delivery, and a cash-on-delivery handling fee will be charged.

International delivery

・We use EMS or ePacket for shipping.
We use Japan Post EMS or ePacket for delivery.

・The shipping fee depends on weight of order, and destination.
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the item and the destination.

・We will contact you about the shipping fee after you place your order.
After receiving your order, we will inform you of the shipping fee.

About returns
