• Around 1873: Founded by commercializing what had been manufacturing indigo-dyed textiles as a side business for farmers since the mid-Edo period. At the beginning of the company's founding, the main focus was on the manufacture of narrow yarn-dyed fabrics for use in cropping fabrics for agricultural work.
• Around Meiji 20: Started manufacturing textiles for the nearby Gyoda tabi production area.
• Around 1933: Introduced machinery and started wide-width mechanical dyeing.
• 1949: Changed the name and organization to the current trade name. (Capital: 2 million yen)
• - Around 1955: Opened a Tokyo branch office in Nihonbashi Horidome-cho, Chuo-ku, and started receiving orders from all over Japan, including Tokyo.
• 1988: Moved the Tokyo office to Ningyocho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku
• 2004: Adopted as an independent business for small and medium textile manufacturers
• 2009: Designated as a model factory for traditional crafts in Saitama Prefecture
• 2013: Small and Medium Enterprise Agency "Manufacturing subsidy" adopted (Development of indigo dyeing fabric for apparel and interior)

• Approval of Saitama Prefecture "Management Innovation Plan"
• 2016: Small and Medium Enterprise Agency "Manufacturing subsidy" adopted (introduction of the latest Jigger dyeing machine)
